QA Lead for a new developed online payment platform. The platform was developed by several Agile development teams across the globe (teams in 8 different countries). The platform consisted of 10+ different systems that needed to be integrated. The platform has gone live successfully.

As QA lead the main responsibility has been the System Integration Test (SIT). Major responsibilities:
– Developing the Master Test Strategy;
– Executing on the Master Test strategy;
– Managing the SIT Test team with SIT testers being physically distributed across 4 countries
– Test automation
– Aligning cross team deliveries into SIT;
– Release management;
– Defect management;
– Being one of the main drivers for integration and delivering an integrated solution to marked;

Defect management on Windows 7 upgrading project at Region Hovedsteden (Region H.) where all hospitals in the capital region are being upgraded from Windows XP to Windows 7.

My role as defect and incident manager was:
* Defining and implementing the defect process during development period
* Improvements on incident process during Windows 7 upgrading period
* Making sure the defects and incidents were being solved by the correct people
* Being the link between Windows 7 project and Service Desk organisation regarding incident management
* Making sure that high impact incidents were resolved by a special “emergency” team

Test-, defect- and release management on a complex project environment with multiple (internal and external) software delivery teams. A newly developed system was integrated into a large number of legacy systems, based on SOA architecture.

My role covered a wide range of activities:
* Leading a defect management team
* Defining and improving the defect process
* Managing the test of new releases before promoting to the production environment
* Defining and implementing the change board process in close cooperation with the business and the sw delivery teams
* Leading meetings with external suppliers regarding defect and release management

As a Project Manager I was responsible for the System & Integration Test of business critical radio communications infrastructure (Tetra-network).
